The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Realty Plus Inc is hiring a Web Designer in Miami, FL.

• Role description

Our technology team is growing, and we want a Web Designer who can turn complex requirements into reliable, scalable software. Few technology roles let you own the whole thing end to end; this mid-level one in Miami does, and it pays $95,000 - $133,000.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Bridge Flexibility and Kubernetes so the two halves of Realty Plus Inc's platform finally talk
  • Build Webpack self-service tools so Miami teams stop filing tickets for everything
  • Catch the wildly-collaborative Tailwind CSS regression in staging before it ever reaches Miami customers
  • Architect fault-tolerant distributed systems leveraging Cypress and Selenium
  • Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technology roadmap discussions
  • Refine and maintain microservices that support Realty Plus Inc customers in Miami, FL
  • Work closely with data teams to surface insights from production systems

  What You'll Bring

  • Comfort defending a recommendation in front of skeptics
  • A portfolio or work samples that demonstrate your technology expertise
  • Comfortable owning projects from concept through delivery
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity when the brief arrives half-written
  • Professionalism, integrity, and discretion with sensitive information
  • The discipline to finish the boring 20% that makes the rest matter

Joining Realty Plus Inc means joining a deadline-driven group of professionals who push technology forward from Miami. We trust the mid-level folks closest to the customer to make the call without a committee.

The number is $95,000 - $133,000; the rest is mentorship, health coverage, paid growth time, and a contract arrangement that respects your evenings.
