The opportunity timeline

• Overview

CodeCraft Solutions is hiring a Visual Merchandiser in Edmond, OK.

• Role description

The next Visual Merchandiser at CodeCraft Solutions will inherit a general team that respects Initiative and is allergic to busywork. What CodeCraft Solutions is really offering: $69,000 - $95,000 for 3 years of Resilience, plus growth that does not stall at the door.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain clear documentation of work performed and outcomes delivered
  • Stitch together Accountability and Adaptability into one coherent workflow
  • Push back, respectfully, when an Initiative shortcut will cost us later
  • Translate mid-level objectives into concrete, actionable day-to-day steps
  • Convert Initiative chaos into a backlog someone can actually work
  • Refuse to let Mentoring debt quietly accumulate on your watch

  What You'll Bring

  • Experience thriving in a quick-to-ship, deadline-driven setting like CodeCraft Solutions
  • A steady hand when three priorities all claim to be number one
  • Comfort being measured against a clear mid-level bar
  • The self-awareness to know which problems are yours to solve
  • A portfolio that speaks louder than any line on your resume

CodeCraft Solutions is Edmond, OK's answer to a general industry grown lazy, run by a client-centric team that still cares about Stress Management. We move fast on Presentation Skills but slow down whenever someone says they feel rushed past good judgment.

You join at $69,000 - $95,000, grow with a mentor, lean on benefits, and flex your hours so Edmond fits work instead of the reverse.

We bumped the date today, signaling this Visual Merchandiser search is ongoing.
