The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Tesla is hiring a Videographer in Houston, TX.

• Role description

We're looking for a Videographer who can carry Persuasion and Delegation at once without dropping either, here at Tesla. Bring growth-minded People Management and 3 years to Houston, and the return is $71,000 - $101,000, a temporary schedule, and influence that grows.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Spot where Delegation breaks before it shows up in a dashboard
  • Own the follow-through after the general meeting ends
  • Notice the calmly-fast-moving gap between the spec and the shipped thing
  • Keep the Tesla backlog ruthlessly honest about what's truly next
  • Keep skills current through ongoing training and self-directed learning
  • Carry the People Management thread across three time zones and two tools
  • Apply Delegation and Change Management to solve day-to-day operational challenges

  What You'll Bring

  • Roughly 3+ years operating in a similar Videographer position
  • Working knowledge of Attention Management alongside transferable People Management chops
  • Willingness to commute to Houston, TX or work flexibly as needed
  • Enough Attention Management to be dangerous, enough Facilitation to be trusted
  • Hands-on experience with modern Persuasion workflows and tooling
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a tight-knit team

Every product at Tesla reflects the data-driven standards our Houston, TX team holds itself to. At Tesla you can challenge your skip-level's plan and still get a thank-you for it.

We offer $71,000 - $101,000, performance bonuses, comprehensive insurance, and the freedom to shape how and where you work.
