• Role description

Public Service Corp is opening an UX/UI Designer chair for someone who treats Affinity Diagramming like a second language and deadlines like a sport. We pair a $50,000 - $73,000 salary with real responsibility, so the UX/UI Designer you become here grows faster than the title suggests.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Steer a mid-level review toward decisions instead of opinions about decisions
  • Build and maintain a cohesive brand identity across every customer touchpoint
  • Trade pixel polish for speed when a freelance deadline says you must
  • Sustain a 4-week sprint cadence without letting the work go generic
  • Frame each design decision in terms the Norman, OK sales floor can repeat
  • Maintain organized source files, asset libraries, and version histories
  • Pitch the uncomfortable direction when the safe one has clearly run dry
  • Turn complex creative information into clear, engaging visuals

  What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years that left you with strong instincts and few illusions
  • Fluency in HTML/CSS earned the hard way, not just from a tutorial
  • A team player who lifts up colleagues and shares credit
  • Enough Webflow to be dangerous, enough Problem Solving to be trusted
  • Pattern recognition earned across many creative engagements

Public Service Corp doesn't chase headlines; it just keeps building the maker-minded creative backbone that Norman, OK runs on. Transparency is a habit, so roadmaps, tradeoffs, and even mistakes get shared openly.

Secure $50,000 - $73,000, flexible remote options, equity, and a mentorship program designed to help you reach the next mid-level.
