The opportunity timeline

• Overview

InnovateSphere is hiring a UX/UI Designer in Omaha, NE.

• Role description

There's a difference between making things look nice and making things mean something, and InnovateSphere's next UX/UI Designer lives on the meaning side. With $50,000 - $76,000 on the table, this mid-level role rewards 4 years of Webflow with autonomy and team-driven growth.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Keep current with Analytical Thinking and Sketch to expand the creative toolkit
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously without missing deadlines
  • Choreograph the handoff so nothing innovative gets lost between studio and dev
  • Shape the unboxing moment Omaha buyers screenshot and share unprompted
  • Uphold the InnovateSphere brand as its standards scale across new products and markets

  What You'll Bring

  • Experience at the mid-level inside a temporary role
  • Confident communicator across email, calls, and in-person meetings
  • 3+ years building trust the slow, unglamorous way
  • 4+ years of Prototyping reps, not just Prototyping exposure
  • Comfort owning creative decisions in a NE market

Ask anyone in Omaha about InnovateSphere and you'll hear the same thing: a steady-handed crew that ships fast and sweats the Card Sorting details. We'd rather hear hard truths in the hallway than polite fictions in the all-hands.

We pair a $50,000 - $76,000 salary with health, dental, and vision plans, plus annual bonuses tied to team performance.

New candidates are being screened right now, so timing is good if you apply today.
