The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Real Estate Solutions LLC is hiring a UX Designer in Warwick, RI.

• Role description

Somewhere between the mood board and the final export is where you thrive, and that's exactly the gap Real Estate Solutions LLC needs an UX Designer to own. Bring the hands-on energy and 6 years; Real Estate Solutions LLC brings $91,000 - $126,000, a Warwick base, and room to grow into more.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Prototype interactions in Design Tokens and refine them through usability testing
  • Argue palette and type with the same evidence you'd bring to an Illustration review
  • Maintain organized source files, asset libraries, and version histories
  • Pair Adobe After Effects craft with User Personas thinking to solve fuzzy creative problems
  • Audit existing creative for the refreshingly-candid inconsistencies nobody flagged sooner
  • Push playfully-serious design directions far enough to feel new, close enough to feel us
  • Tighten a loose deck until every slide earns its place in the freelance pitch

  What You'll Bring

  • Eagerness to take ownership and run with new responsibilities
  • Willingness to relocate to Warwick, RI, or to make remote work
  • Strong multitasking ability without sacrificing quality
  • Real Illustration chops, plus the Design Tokens curiosity to keep growing
  • A history of leaving creative processes better than you found them
  • The reflex to surface risk before it surfaces itself

Real Estate Solutions LLC builds the unglamorous creative plumbing that Warwick, RI relies on, and it does so with warm-yet-rigorous pride. Autonomy here comes with a partner: ask for help the moment you're stuck on Professionalism.

Yours for the taking: $91,000 - $126,000, a mentor, a benefits plan, and the room to grow your Logo Design and Accessibility (WCAG) side by side.
