The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Capital Advisors Inc is hiring a UX Designer in Boise, ID.

• Role description

There's craft you can teach and taste you can't, and Capital Advisors Inc is hiring an UX Designer who clearly arrived with the second kind. The reward structure favors doers: $56,000 - $84,000 upfront, real creative ownership, and a Capital Advisors Inc team pulling the same direction.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Wring a campaign system from an one-line creative tagline
  • Reverse-engineer a competitor's hit to understand the mechanic, not copy the look
  • Pace a product walkthrough so the unpretentious payoff lands at the right second
  • Build and maintain a cohesive brand identity across every customer touchpoint
  • Distill a hour-long strategy deck into one image that survives the hallway test
  • Mine customer interviews for the one phrase that becomes the whole campaign

  What You'll Bring

  • Sound instincts for reading a room you've never been in before
  • Familiarity with the rhythms of a candidly-kind remote team
  • An appetite for ownership that scales with the stakes
  • A growth mindset that treats feedback as fuel, not threat
