The opportunity timeline

• Overview

QuantumLeap Inc is hiring a Unreal Developer in Sioux Falls, SD.

• Role description

Our Unreal Developer opening rewards depth over breadth: pick Tailwind CSS, go deep, and let QuantumLeap Inc handle the rest of the stack. This role blends $68,000 - $97,000 pay with the autonomy to shape GitHub Actions work and a team that grows together.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Backfill Tailwind CSS test coverage on the riskiest corners of QuantumLeap Inc's codebase
  • Catch the small-but-mighty Continuous Learning regression in staging before it ever reaches Sioux Falls customers
  • Land Unit Testing performance wins QuantumLeap Inc can measure in SD retention numbers
  • Carry the Active Listening platform work that makes QuantumLeap Inc's next SD expansion boring
  • Own the Continuous Learning release that Sioux Falls leadership has circled on the calendar
  • Guard the Tailwind CSS codebase quality through reviews that teach as much as they catch
  • Build Terraform dashboards so QuantumLeap Inc's technology team stops asking engineers for numbers
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to ship features end to end

  What You'll Bring

  • An impact-driven attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
  • A track record of no-ego delivery in an internship structure
  • A steady hand when three priorities all claim to be number one
  • Strong multitasking ability without sacrificing quality

At QuantumLeap Inc, a relentlessly curious team in Sioux Falls, SD has spent years proving that Active Listening and Continuous Learning belong in the same conversation. We move fast on Angular but slow down whenever someone says they feel rushed past good judgment.

We pair a $68,000 - $97,000 salary with health, dental, and vision plans, plus annual bonuses tied to team performance.

This Sioux Falls, SD role just got a fresh timestamp, and applications are flowing in.

Don't wait for the perfect moment to switch into technology work, because it's right now.
