The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Media Partners LLC is hiring a Shipping Coordinator in Grand Forks, ND.

• Role description

At Media Partners LLC, a Shipping Coordinator is the person leadership calls before they commit, not after they regret it. You'll bring 6 years of Power BI, and in return get $61,000 - $89,000, a supportive team, and the freedom to drive your own results.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Read the Lean Manufacturing signals early enough to steer before the quarter closes
  • Turn a recurring exception into a rule the system handles itself
  • Sequence the rollout so ND regions don't all break at once
  • Knit together the Grand Forks, ND P&L from pieces three teams own separately
  • Champion process improvements that scale with Media Partners LLC growth
  • Run the post-mortem after a launch slips and bank the lessons, not the blame
  • Smooth the handoff between Power BI closing and Supplier Relationship Management onboarding

  What You'll Bring

  • Real curiosity about why Media Partners LLC customers do what they do
  • Strong multitasking ability without sacrificing quality
  • 5 or more years steering business projects end to end
  • A ND sensibility, or genuine curiosity about this market
  • Comfort owning business decisions in a ND market
  • Comfort presenting to a ND-wide audience without a script
  • A steady hand when three priorities all claim to be number one

Growing steadily over 5 years, Media Partners LLC now leads ego-light innovation in the business market. We onboard you to the business mission first and the People Management tooling second, in that order.

The compensation here starts at $61,000 - $89,000, paired with unlimited PTO and a manager committed to your professional growth.
