The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Growth Partners is hiring a Senior Recruiter in Westminster, CO.

• Role description

Growth Partners is scaling fast in CO, and growth that fast either gets steered carefully or gets very expensive. Join Growth Partners as a part-time Senior Recruiter and take real ownership of Written Communication work while earning $105,000 - $136,000 and growing your craft.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Run the numbers on build-versus-buy before Growth Partners signs anything
  • Write the brief that turns a vague quietly-relentless ambition into a scoped project
  • Run discovery with CO operators to find what the data won't show
  • Sit in on senior hiring to keep the org chart matching the strategy
  • Pin down the unit economics before Growth Partners pours fuel on growth

  What You'll Bring

  • The instinct to ask "what would change your mind?" before debating
  • Working familiarity with part-time schedules and team norms at Growth Partners
  • A bias toward asking the dumb question before the expensive mistake
  • A point of view on Growth Partners's space, sharpened by your own reading
  • Eagerness to take ownership and run with new responsibilities
  • Fluency across Organizational Development and Project Management, with strong opinions on both

From our Westminster, CO office, Growth Partners ships self-directed products used by companies large and small. We default to writing things down so the whole business team stays in the loop without endless meetings.

You get $105,000 - $136,000, a growth runway, a mentor, full benefits, and a flexible Westminster, CO setup, no fine print, no catch.
