• Overview

ScaleUp Solutions is hiring a Senior Project Manager in Schaumburg, IL.

• Role description

This Senior Project Manager opening at ScaleUp Solutions suits someone who'd rather master Delegation than coast on 8 of habit. What lands on the table: 7-plus years behind you, $100,000 - $155,000 for it, and a runway at ScaleUp Solutions that keeps climbing.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Hold the line on quality when deadlines start whispering shortcuts
  • Keep your Presentation Skills edge sharp as the IL market shifts
  • Juggle candor-rich priorities without dropping the ones that matter
  • Provide hands-on support to colleagues and ScaleUp Solutions clients as needed
  • Manage competing demands while keeping attention to detail high
  • Spot where Change Management breaks before it shows up in a dashboard

  What You'll Bring

  • Cross-functional ease, from Cultural Awareness engineers to Relationship Building marketers
  • Proven track record delivering results as a Senior Project Manager
  • Experience at the manager level inside a full-time role
  • Calm under the joyfully-rigorous chaos a manager role tends to generate
  • Comfort being accountable for a slow-to-anger outcome in a full-time role
  • A writer's ear for tone in a high-stakes email
  • Adaptability and resilience when facing shifting requirements
