The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Blackstone is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer in Clarksville, TN.

• Role description

From the kerning nobody notices to the concept everybody remembers, the Senior Graphic Designer at Blackstone carries the whole spectrum. You won't find a tighter fit if you've got 7 years, want $73,000 - $105,000, and crave a creative team that lets you lead.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Wring a campaign system from an one-line creative tagline
  • Compose social cuts that read clearly with the sound off
  • Carry layouts from napkin scribble to press-ready file without losing the spark
  • Partner with copywriters to align visuals with messaging and tone
  • Prototype interface ideas fast enough to kill the weak ones cheaply
  • Distill a hour-long strategy deck into one image that survives the hallway test
  • Sketch early concepts that give Blackstone campaigns a recognizable visual signature

  What You'll Bring

  • Comfortable owning projects from concept through delivery
  • A track record of hands-dirty delivery in a temporary structure
  • A bias toward asking the dumb question before the expensive mistake
  • Hands-on proficiency with Motion Design, ideally paired with Decision Making

Quietly, from Clarksville, Blackstone has become the sharp-but-gentle creative partner that TN's most demanding teams refuse to replace. We look out for one another, and burnout is treated as a problem to solve, not a badge to wear.

Our offer to you: $73,000 - $105,000, a mentor, a benefits suite, and the latitude to grow your A/B Testing into something senior.

Freshly active this morning, the Senior Graphic Designer role wants candidates now.
