The opportunity timeline

• Overview

DigitalBridge is hiring a Sales Director in Murfreesboro, TN.

• Role description

This Sales Director role at DigitalBridge hands you a territory, a $133,000 - $194,000 ceiling, and the freedom to own both. Think $133,000 - $194,000, think internship hours, think 10 years of Field Sales turning into ownership you can actually feel at DigitalBridge.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Represent DigitalBridge at trade shows, conferences, and local networking events
  • Keep the CRM honest so forecasts at DigitalBridge mean something
  • Tune the ad creative until the sales marketing cost-per-lead drops
  • Dig into Relationship Building funnels and fix the step where buyers vanish
  • Read the sales marketing market and reposition the offer when it shifts
  • Coordinate cross-functional launches with creative, product, and operations
  • Segment audiences and personalize outreach to lift response rates

  What You'll Bring

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The reflex to surface risk before it surfaces itself
  • Enough Critical Thinking to be dangerous, enough Value Selling to be trusted
  • Comfort being the newest person in the room and the loudest in the notes
  • Comfort presenting to a TN-wide audience without a script
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a director capacity

A safety-first Murfreesboro, TN company through, DigitalBridge measures success by how invisible its sales marketing systems become. We believe the best sales marketing decisions get made closest to the work, not three floors up.

Beyond $133,000 - $194,000, DigitalBridge offers a generous benefits package and the chance to lead projects that build your skills.

We refreshed this Sales Director listing this week to keep it current for applicants.
