The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Consulting Excellence Group is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Laredo, TX.

• Role description

This junior Retail Sales Associate role exists because Consulting Excellence Group is done leaving Laredo revenue on the table. Take ownership, lean on your 1 years of Relationship Building, and earn $45,000 - $61,000 as part of a team that grows with you.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Read the sales marketing market and reposition the offer when it shifts
  • Pitch upsells that feel like favors, not invoices
  • Support junior account executives with prospecting and follow-up strategy
  • Talk numbers with finance, then talk vision with prospects
  • Pitch Consulting Excellence Group's spirited-and-grounded offering to buyers who haven't heard of us yet
  • Stand up email sequences that get opened, not buried
  • Decode why TX buyers say yes and double down on it
  • Sell the quality-focused roadmap, not just today's feature set

  What You'll Bring

  • Confident communicator across email, calls, and in-person meetings
  • Junior mastery of Sales Demos, validated by people who'd hire you again
  • A TX sensibility, or genuine curiosity about this market
  • A delightfully-weird bias toward action, balanced by knowing when to wait
  • 1+ years that left you with strong instincts and few illusions
