• Overview

Renewable Energy Inc is hiring a React Developer in Pittsburgh, PA.

• Role description

We're growing the technology group at Renewable Energy Inc and need a senior React Developer who treats reliability as a feature, not an afterthought. Weigh it however you like — the math still lands at $92,000 - $146,000, remote hours, and a team at Renewable Energy Inc worth joining.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Set the Kubernetes coding standards the rest of Renewable Energy Inc engineering follows
  • Coordinate releases with stakeholders across Pittsburgh, PA and remote teams
  • Own the full lifecycle of technology systems from prototype to production
  • Tune Persuasion caching so Renewable Energy Inc survives the Pittsburgh launch spike on the same hardware
  • Lead the Kubernetes migration that finally retires Renewable Energy Inc's slow-to-anger legacy stack
  • Replace the brittle Java hack with a Kubernetes solution that survives Pittsburgh scale
  • Lead technical design reviews for senior technology initiatives
  • Ship incremental improvements to Renewable Energy Inc's Pittsburgh platform on a regular cadence

  What You'll Bring

  • A Pittsburgh grounding, or the adaptability to plant roots quickly
  • The kind of attention to detail that catches what spell-check misses
  • Experience thriving in a forever-learning, deadline-driven setting like Renewable Energy Inc
  • Demonstrated wins in technology work somewhere near Pittsburgh, PA

The team at Renewable Energy Inc is small, results-oriented, and entirely convinced that Pittsburgh is the best place to reinvent technology. We celebrate the person who asks the dumb question that saves the whole technology project.

We are offering $92,000 - $146,000, a clear growth track, hands-on mentorship, and the kind of flexibility that keeps PA talent happy.
