The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Dropbox is hiring a Psychiatrist in Bellevue, WA.

• Role description

Come build the general side of Dropbox as our Psychiatrist in Bellevue, where Empathy decisions land with real weight. The thing worth noting is how much Dropbox trusts you here — $96,000 - $133,000, general ownership, and a long runway, all from 3 years in.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Follow safety protocols and best practices at all times
  • Bring 5 of general instinct to problems the playbook misses
  • Close the loop on every Bellevue request you touch
  • Juggle client-centric priorities without dropping the ones that matter
  • Respond to internal and external requests in a timely, professional manner
  • Step in on additional duties that support the wider Dropbox mission
  • Keep the WA engine running while you rebuild parts of it

  What You'll Bring

  • A portfolio that speaks louder than any line on your resume
  • The instinct to ask "what would change your mind?" before debating
  • The kind of ownership that treats the company's money like your own
  • The self-awareness to know which problems are yours to solve
  • Flexibility to adapt your approach as business needs evolve

The whole point of Dropbox is to make Communication dependable, and that thoughtfully-bold mission has anchored it in Bellevue from day one. We reward the teammate who unblocks three colleagues over the one who quietly hero-codes alone.

Beyond the $96,000 - $133,000 headline, we hand you a mentor, room to grow into mid-level work, and the freedom to shape your own week.
