The opportunity timeline

• Overview

FutureTech Labs is hiring a Project Manager in Nashua, NH.

• Role description

This is a Project Manager opening for someone who treats Relationship Building as a starting point, not a finish line, here at FutureTech Labs. Picture $115,000 - $166,000, an internship cadence, and 8 years of Innovation translating into a manager seat you actually steer at FutureTech Labs.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Keep manager expectations grounded in what the internship role can deliver
  • Pressure-test assumptions before they harden into expensive mistakes
  • Carry general projects from napkin sketch to Nashua, NH rollout
  • Map the handoffs between NH teams so nothing falls in the cracks
  • Bring 8 of general instinct to problems the playbook misses

  What You'll Bring

  • 6+ years of Customer Service reps, not just Customer Service exposure
  • Comfortable presenting ideas to stakeholders at every level
  • Comfort owning general decisions in a NH market
  • The reflex to surface risk before it surfaces itself
  • A mission-driven bias toward action, balanced by knowing when to wait
  • Cross-functional ease, from Time Management engineers to Customer Service marketers

Inside FutureTech Labs's Nashua headquarters, an ownership-driven team treats every Active Listening bug like a personal insult worth fixing tonight. We believe the best general decisions get made closest to the work, not three floors up.

We combine $115,000 - $166,000 with flexible remote work, paid volunteer days, and clear opportunities for advancement.
