The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Volkswagen is hiring a Production Manager in Franklin, TN.

• Role description

We're looking for a Production Manager who thrives at the intersection of analysis, planning, and cross-functional execution. Stack the numbers: $114,000 - $160,000, 8 years required, internship schedule, and a manager seat that grows as fast as you do.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer and sales data to surface actionable trends
  • Collaborate with AutoCAD and Sheet Metal Fabrication stakeholders to remove operational bottlenecks
  • Write the brief that turns a vague relentlessly curious ambition into a scoped project
  • Mentor junior analysts and elevate the team's analytical rigor
  • Run market sizing exercises to prioritize expansion in Franklin
  • Define success metrics for business programs and report on outcomes

  What You'll Bring

  • The reflex to surface risk before it surfaces itself
  • Around 6+ years of hands-on experience in a business role
  • A collaborator's reflex to share credit and absorb blame
  • Comfort being accountable for a goal-oriented outcome in an internship role
  • The diplomacy to align stakeholders who don't agree yet

Volkswagen began as a side project in Franklin and grew into the heads-down-and-happy platform thousands of business users now rely on. Psychological safety is something we actively build, so disagreeing in good faith is encouraged.

We are offering $114,000 - $160,000, a clear growth track, hands-on mentorship, and the kind of flexibility that keeps TN talent happy.
