The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Sustainable Energy Inc is hiring a Production Manager in Dothan, AL.

• Role description

We're looking for the Production Manager who notices the line item everyone else scrolled past and asks why it doubled. The shape of it is simple — bring 8 years and Process Engineering, take home $85,000 - $126,000, and grow into whatever Sustainable Energy Inc builds next.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Translate Sustainable Energy Inc goals into quarterly roadmaps the business team can actually ship
  • Carry an unhurried business problem from whiteboard to working pilot in Dothan, AL
  • Build the pricing logic that an internship sales rep can explain in one breath
  • Decide the one number this quarter's business effort lives or dies by
  • Keep Sustainable Energy Inc from optimizing a number that doesn't pay rent
  • Draft the business case that gets a quick-to-ship initiative funded past committee

  What You'll Bring

  • A team player who lifts up colleagues and shares credit
  • Calm under the deeply-curious chaos a manager role tends to generate
  • Proven follow-through, measured in shipped things rather than good intentions
  • 6+ years navigating the politics that business work attracts
  • The kind of attention to detail that catches what spell-check misses
  • A Sustainable Energy Inc mindset: scrappy today, scalable tomorrow

The no-ego team behind Sustainable Energy Inc chose Dothan on purpose, betting that great business work doesn't need a coastal zip code. We keep the Dothan, AL office quiet on Wednesdays so deep Relationship Building work actually gets a fighting chance.

This manager role pays $85,000 - $126,000 and surrounds it with coaching, coverage, and hours that respect your weekends in AL.

As recently as today, Sustainable Energy Inc reopened the doors on this one.

If you've read this far, you're probably the boldly-pragmatic kind of candidate we want, so apply.
