The opportunity timeline

• Overview

EY is hiring a Product Designer in Rio Rancho, NM.

• Role description

The work that wins isn't the loudest, it's the most considered, and EY wants a Product Designer who knows the difference instinctively. With ownership, a $42,000 - $64,000 salary, and 1 years of Adobe InDesign to draw on, you'll do your best work at EY.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Anchor a chaotic creative launch around one image that means something
  • Trace a thread from EY values to the smallest UI detail
  • Stitch fragmented brand assets into a system that scales past EY's next phase
  • Own the look of seasonal launches from moodboard through final handoff
  • Compose social cuts that read clearly with the sound off
  • Prototype interface ideas fast enough to kill the weak ones cheaply
  • Wireframe the unglamorous A/B Testing screens with the same care as the hero shot

  What You'll Bring

  • Enough Webflow to be dangerous, enough Adobe InDesign to be trusted
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • 1 years that taught you which corners can be cut
  • A collaborator who makes the junior review feel less like an exam
  • A portfolio or work samples that demonstrate your creative expertise

EY began as a side project in Rio Rancho and grew into the zero-bureaucracy platform thousands of creative users now rely on. As a junior Product Designer, you'll have a real voice in shaping how the creative team operates.

We seal the offer with $42,000 - $64,000, mentorship, benefits, and flexibility, the four reasons NM talent picks EY first.

We refreshed it today so candidates know the full-time role is genuinely open.

If steady full-time work with real stakes appeals to you, the Product Designer chair is waiting.
