• Role description

We engineer high-availability platforms, and we are searching for a Principal Software Engineer fluent in Tailwind CSS to keep them humming. The bargain is plain — your 10 years and Interpersonal Skills for $129,000 - $188,000, plus a technology team that hands over the reins.

  • Monitor system health and set up alerting for slow-to-anger production environments
  • Keep the technology Vue.js service humming through Cheyenne's holiday traffic surge
  • Translate technology compliance rules into Vue.js guardrails baked into the build
  • Tune Interpersonal Skills queries until the WY database stops timing out under load
  • Watch Docker error budgets and pump the brakes before Cheyenne, WY burns through them

  What You'll Bring

  • A steady hand when three priorities all claim to be number one
  • A team player who lifts up colleagues and shares credit
  • An instinct for prioritization when everything is labeled urgent
