The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Commerce Partners Inc is hiring a Plant Manager in West Jordan, UT.

• Role description

Come help Commerce Partners Inc decide where the next dollar goes, as a Plant Manager paying up to $104,000 - $146,000 for the privilege of being right. The pitch is honest — $104,000 - $146,000, real ownership of business outcomes, and a Commerce Partners Inc crew in West Jordan that has your back.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Own the math behind every Plant Manager promise made to a customer
  • Oversee budgeting cycles and hold teams accountable to spending targets
  • Write the brief that turns a vague plainspoken ambition into a scoped project
  • Lead pricing analysis and recommend adjustments that protect margins
  • Spot the bottleneck nobody mentions in the standup and unclog it
  • Hold the line on scope when a business project starts sprawling
  • Frame the tradeoff so a busy executive can choose in sixty seconds

  What You'll Bring

  • The grit to debug at 4pm on a Friday without complaint
  • The kind of attention to detail that catches what spell-check misses
  • Critical thinking skills and sound, independent judgment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • The instinct to ask "what would change your mind?" before debating

Commerce Partners Inc blends Total Productive Maintenance and IATF 16949 into business products that feel, in the growth-minded words of its West Jordan, UT founders, inevitable. We assume good intent first and ask clarifying questions second, which keeps the oddball-friendly days drama-free.

Expect $104,000 - $146,000, a hybrid West Jordan office, generous PTO, and leaders who treat your development as a real priority.

The freshness clock just ticked over, and this Plant Manager slot stays open.

We're looking for the person who reads business job posts and thinks I could fix that.
