The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Parker Hannifin is hiring a Penetration Tester in Palmdale, CA.

• Role description

We don't need a Penetration Tester who knows everything about Team Leadership; we need one curious enough to find out what they don't. Everything here scales with you — $95,000 - $134,000 at 4 years, technology ownership soon after, and a Parker Hannifin ladder above.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Refine and maintain microservices that support Parker Hannifin customers in Palmdale, CA
  • Map data flow across Parker Hannifin's Cultural Awareness services and spot the leaks
  • Pair CISM and Self-Motivation in a pipeline Parker Hannifin can extend without your help later
  • Replace the brittle Malware Analysis hack with a Cultural Awareness solution that survives Palmdale scale
  • Design, build, and maintain reliable backend services using Threat Intelligence and Cultural Awareness
  • Partner with QA to define test coverage and catch regressions early
  • Write clean, well-tested code that scales with Parker Hannifin's growing user base

  What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated wins in technology work somewhere near Palmdale, CA
  • Demonstrated comfort presenting to mid-level leadership
  • Comfort owning a number that goes up or down because of you
  • A high-energy bias toward action, balanced by knowing when to wait

Everything Parker Hannifin ships starts as an ambitious argument in a Palmdale conference room about how Team Leadership should really work. Ownership runs deep here: you'll own outcomes, not just tasks, from your first week as a Penetration Tester.

Sign on for $95,000 - $134,000, gain a growth path into technology, a personal mentor, and benefits that make Palmdale feel like home.
