The opportunity timeline

• Overview

InnovateLab is hiring a Penetration Tester in Denver, CO.

• Role description

InnovateLab builds collaborative products used by teams worldwide, and we need a Penetration Tester to push our platform to the next level. Own your projects, earn $114,000 - $175,000, and grow with a team that turns 7 years of CEH into real results.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Defend InnovateLab uptime through the 2 a.m. Denver pages nobody volunteers for
  • Prototype rough Kubernetes Security ideas fast, then decide which earn a place in InnovateLab's stack
  • Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines for faster release cycles
  • Own data integrity across InnovateLab's Container Security stores so Denver numbers never lie
  • Keep the technology Project Management service humming through Denver's holiday traffic surge

  What You'll Bring

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity when the brief arrives half-written
  • Senior fluency in Kubernetes Security, with Nmap on your roadmap
  • An InnovateLab mindset: scrappy today, scalable tomorrow
  • Hands-on familiarity with Project Management, sharpened by Kali Linux side projects
  • Proven follow-through, measured in shipped things rather than good intentions
  • The kind of curiosity that reads the docs before asking
  • A values-led attitude and eagerness to learn new skills

InnovateLab is a fun-loving Denver, CO firm where Professionalism isn't a department but the entire reason the lights stay on. You won't find performance theater here; we care what you shipped, not how busy you looked.

We seal the offer with $114,000 - $175,000, mentorship, benefits, and flexibility, the four reasons CO talent picks InnovateLab first.
