The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Apple is hiring a Paralegal in Lewiston, ID.

• Role description

We need a Paralegal who can hit the ground running and help us deliver on ambitious goals this year. Everything here scales with you — $53,000 - $76,000 at 3 years, general ownership soon after, and an Apple ladder above.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain clear documentation of work performed and outcomes delivered
  • Use Notary Public to streamline routine tasks and free up capacity
  • Chase down the root cause instead of slapping on a patch
  • Identify gaps in current procedures and recommend workable fixes
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for review by leadership
  • Own the boring middle of a project, not just the kickoff
  • Keep the Apple backlog ruthlessly honest about what's truly next

  What You'll Bring

  • The discipline to document while it's fresh, not after it's forgotten
  • Prior experience working on-site in Lewiston, ID, or willingness to relocate
  • Mid-level mastery of Initiative, validated by people who'd hire you again
  • An eye for the detail-focused detail that separates fine from finished
  • A history of leaving general processes better than you found them
  • At least 3 years of standing behind your own estimates
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for teamwork

Apple builds general tools the way old shops built furniture — slowly, in Lewiston, ID, and with a community-minded respect for the craft. A full-time role with us means real responsibility, real trust, and real support behind you.
