• Role description

Every client-centric Organizational Development Manager we've hired at Public Service Institute had two things: a grip on Written Communication and zero patience for general theater. • Find the experiment-friendly workaround when the official path is blocked
  • Keep CA reporting accurate enough to bet decisions on
  • Champion a positive, collaborative culture throughout the Sunnyvale, CA office

  What You'll Bring

  • A knack for Process Improvement that colleagues quietly come to rely on
  • Demonstrated capacity to mentor or support manager teammates
  • A collaborator's reflex to share credit and absorb blame
