The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Advisory Excellence LLC is hiring a Middle School Teacher in Coeur d'Alene, ID.

• Role description

We don't need a Middle School Teacher who knows everything, just one who knows Blackboard and isn't afraid of Kahoot, here at Advisory Excellence LLC. Cut to the chase and you get $64,000 - $92,000, a general mandate, and Advisory Excellence LLC colleagues who treat ownership as the default.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Spot where Padlet breaks before it shows up in a dashboard
  • Catch the Problem Solving regression a tired reviewer would miss
  • Drive measurable improvements within your area of responsibility
  • Question the brief when the brief doesn't match reality
  • Pair Bloom's Taxonomy fluency with the patience to explain it plainly
  • Make the service-minded call when the data points two different directions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Advisory Excellence LLC to hit shared goals
  • Carry the Special Education thread across three time zones and two tools

  What You'll Bring

  • Comfortable owning projects from concept through delivery
  • Solid understanding of general best practices and industry standards
  • Storytelling instincts that turn data into a decision
  • Deeply technical problem-solving that doesn't wait for permission
  • Familiarity with the rhythms of a no-ego internship team

We're Advisory Excellence LLC — a clarity-seeking Coeur d'Alene, ID outfit that treats Padlet less like a feature and more like a craft. Our Coeur d'Alene office prizes the quiet contributor who makes everyone around them measurably better.

The salary is $64,000 - $92,000, the mentorship is hands-on, the benefits are real, and the flexibility is the part you will brag about.
