The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Property Solutions Group is hiring a Marketing Coordinator in Frankfort, KY.

• Role description

Drive our customer acquisition strategy as a Marketing Coordinator who treats every lead like an opportunity worth winning. At Property Solutions Group, $46,000 - $68,000 buys a junior seat, but 1 years of Negotiation buys you the ownership that comes with it.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Own the funnel from first click to closed-won, top to bottom
  • Run discovery calls that uncover budget without asking for it
  • Pair a $46,000 - $68,000 quota with the discipline to forecast it straight
  • Prospect via cold calls, emails, and social selling to fill the temporary pipeline
  • Read the sales marketing market and reposition the offer when it shifts
  • Carry the KY number and the relationships that make it real
  • Run experiments on sales marketing messaging and keep only what converts

  What You'll Bring

  • At least 1 years of standing behind your own estimates
  • Sound instincts for reading a room you've never been in before
  • Critical thinking skills and sound, independent judgment
  • 1 years that taught you which corners can be cut
  • Roughly 1+ years operating in a similar Marketing Coordinator position
  • Professionalism, integrity, and discretion with sensitive information
  • A collaborator who makes the junior review feel less like an exam

Property Solutions Group took a tired corner of the sales marketing world and rebuilt it, brick by brick, from a small office in Frankfort, KY. Expect a culture where curiosity is rewarded and asking "why" is never seen as a challenge.
