The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Entertainment Plus is hiring a Marketing Assistant in Hot Springs, AR.

• Role description

We are looking for a senior Marketing Assistant who turns prospects into long-term customers and quotas into milestones. Entertainment Plus frames it as a partnership — $76,000 - $105,000 for your 7 years, ownership of sales marketing work, and growth shared both ways.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Read intent data and route the Hot Springs hot leads first
  • Set and monitor KPIs tied to revenue, retention, and acquisition cost
  • Carry the demo from screen-share to signature in one sitting
  • Own the funnel from first click to closed-won, top to bottom
  • Dig into LinkedIn Ads funnels and fix the step where buyers vanish
  • Mentor junior reps on outreach cadence and objection handling
  • Rewrite the one-pager until a Hot Springs stranger gets it in ten seconds

  What You'll Bring

  • The reflex to surface risk before it surfaces itself
  • Flexibility to adapt your approach as business needs evolve
  • A Hot Springs grounding, or the adaptability to plant roots quickly
  • Practical Link Building skills sharpened in a temporary setting
  • Sharp written and verbal communication, tested under scrutiny
  • Professionalism, integrity, and discretion with sensitive information
  • Prior experience working on-site in Hot Springs, AR, or willingness to relocate

Operating out of Hot Springs, Entertainment Plus designs the tools that power thousands of businesses in the sales marketing sector. We give people real $76,000 - $105,000 stakes in the outcome so ownership stops being a buzzword.

Take $76,000 - $105,000, add a mentor invested in your rise, layer on benefits and remote options, and that is the Entertainment Plus offer in one breath.

The team just got the green light to hire, and this Marketing Assistant role is first up.
