The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Manufacturing Plus is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer in Mesa, AZ.

• Role description

Code that ships to millions starts as a pull request on someone's screen, and at Manufacturing Plus we want that someone to be our next Manufacturing Engineer. Read it as a $72,000 - $106,000 invitation to own technology work in Mesa, backed by a mid-level title and 3 years of trust.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Own the quietly-relentless edge cases in Manufacturing Plus's Nginx billing nobody else wants to touch
  • Containerize applications and manage deployments with Ruby on Rails and Written Communication
  • Translate Written Communication metrics into the one chart Manufacturing Plus leadership checks each morning
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements proactively
  • Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines for faster release cycles

  What You'll Bring

  • Curiosity that outpaces your current job description
  • Real Nginx chops, plus the Unit Testing curiosity to keep growing
  • A portfolio that speaks louder than any line on your resume
  • Self-direction that survives a quiet Slack channel

What sets Manufacturing Plus apart isn't size but a wildly-collaborative Mesa culture that refuses to ship Nginx it wouldn't trust itself. Every Manufacturing Engineer at Manufacturing Plus owns an outcome, not just a checklist of tasks.

What sits behind the $72,000 - $106,000 offer is a Manufacturing Plus culture built on real mentorship, generous benefits, and schedules that bend toward family.

Candidate outreach for this technology opening is happening as we speak.
