The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Netflix Studios is hiring a Machine Operator in Grand Prairie, TX.

• Role description

The general world moves fast, and Netflix Studios needs a mid-level Machine Operator in Grand Prairie who moves with intent, not just speed. Think of it less as a job and more as a $74,000 - $95,000 bet Netflix Studios is placing on your 5 years and your judgment.

  • Earn the trust to make oddball-friendly judgment calls without a committee
  • Own one slice of Netflix Studios's general mission end to end
  • Coordinate scheduling, resources, and logistics for assigned tasks
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced general environment
  • Champion a positive, collaborative culture throughout the Grand Prairie, TX office

  What You'll Bring

  • A portfolio or work samples that demonstrate your general expertise
  • A growth mindset that treats feedback as fuel, not threat
  • Demonstrated ability to teach what you know to someone greener
  • Mid-level-caliber judgment about when to escalate and when to absorb
  • The humility to revise strong opinions when the data argues back

Netflix Studios is less a vendor and more a delightfully-weird Grand Prairie, TX workshop where Written Communication and Change Management get the attention they deserve. We default to writing things down so the whole general team stays in the loop without endless meetings.

The whole offer in one line: $74,000 - $95,000, mentorship, benefits, and flexible part-time hours that respect the life you have in TX.
