The opportunity timeline

• Overview

ScaleTech is hiring a Logistics Manager in Helena, MT.

• Role description

ScaleTech is opening a Logistics Manager seat because our spreadsheets finally got more questions than any one of us can answer. You supply 8 years and Order Fulfillment; ScaleTech supplies $76,000 - $123,000, a Helena home, and growth that does not flatten out.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Push a business pilot past the part where most pilots die
  • Find the performance-driven lever that moves the metric leadership cares about most
  • Keep the Logistics Manager scorecard tied to outcomes, not activity
  • Shape the 7-year strategy without turning it into a slide museum
  • Wire up dashboards so Helena managers stop asking you for the same numbers
  • Build consensus across Time Management and Bill of Materials owners who rarely agree

  What You'll Bring

  • The discipline to finish the boring 20% that makes the rest matter
  • Adaptability and resilience when facing shifting requirements
  • Calm under the oddball-friendly chaos a manager role tends to generate
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, empathy-led environment
  • 8+ years of 5S reps, not just 5S exposure
  • A history of leaving business processes better than you found them

At ScaleTech, our mission is to make business simpler, faster, and more accessible for everyone in Helena, MT and beyond. The boldly-pragmatic pace here is real, but so is the permission to log off and recover.

The whole offer in one line: $76,000 - $123,000, mentorship, benefits, and flexible contract hours that respect the life you have in MT.
