The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Energy Plus LLC is hiring a Logistics Manager in Jacksonville, FL.

• Role description

7 years from now you'll point to deals you shaped here as a Logistics Manager; that's the kind of role this is. The proposition holds together — $93,000 - $128,000, 8 years, a FL base, and ownership the rest of the market rarely grants.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Build consensus across Kaizen and Flexibility owners who rarely agree
  • Audit existing processes and recommend high-impact improvements
  • Sit between ABC Analysis and CILT teams as the person who makes the call
  • Run the post-mortem after a launch slips and bank the lessons, not the blame
  • Build the model that tells you when to stop a losing business bet
  • Build relationships with key accounts to drive long-term value

  What You'll Bring

  • Eagerness to take ownership and run with new responsibilities
  • At least 8 years building expertise within the business space
  • Working understanding of both Transportation Management and Customer Service in real-world settings
  • Comfort presenting to a FL-wide audience without a script
