The opportunity timeline

• Overview

DataFlow Systems is hiring a Logistics Manager in Springfield, MA.

• Role description

Behind every confident decision at DataFlow Systems sits an analyst who asked the harder question first; that analyst could be you. Boiled down: freelance, $95,000 - $129,000, 8 years of SAP MM, and a seat at the table where DataFlow Systems decisions get made.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Own the P&L for business and report performance to senior leadership
  • Spot the bottleneck nobody mentions in the standup and unclog it
  • Decide the one number this quarter's business effort lives or dies by
  • Present findings and recommendations to manager stakeholders with clarity
  • Hold a forecast review where people actually change their minds
  • Mentor junior analysts and elevate the team's analytical rigor
  • Decide which business experiments graduate and which quietly die

  What You'll Bring

  • Just-In-Time fundamentals plus the Resilience polish clients notice
  • A learner's pace that keeps up with shifting requirements
  • 6 or more years steering business projects end to end
  • Professionalism, integrity, and discretion with sensitive information
  • Clarity of thought that shows up in tidy documentation

DataFlow Systems is the boldly-pragmatic Springfield company that turned a niche business obsession into something the whole MA now uses. Transparency is a habit, so roadmaps, tradeoffs, and even mistakes get shared openly.

Compensation lands at $95,000 - $129,000, mentorship is built in, and the path from here to senior business work is mapped, not vague.

Updated today and reviewed daily, the business role stays open.
