The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Newmark is hiring a Lean Six Sigma Manager in Ann Arbor, MI.

• Role description

We're looking for a Lean Six Sigma Manager who can carry Delegation and Initiative at once without dropping either, here at Newmark. For someone with 7 years and a clarity-seeking edge, this Lean Six Sigma Manager job offers $95,000 - $141,000 and real upward mobility.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Keep Newmark's Coaching pipeline humming without constant hand-holding
  • Stitch together Attention Management and Cultural Awareness into one coherent workflow
  • Show up for the unglamorous general maintenance nobody volunteers for
  • Anticipate the MI compliance wrinkle before it becomes a fire
  • Coordinate scheduling, resources, and logistics for assigned tasks
  • Use Cultural Awareness to streamline routine tasks and free up capacity

  What You'll Bring

  • The self-awareness to know which problems are yours to solve
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Pattern recognition earned across many general engagements
  • The communication discipline to over-share early and trim later

Newmark builds general tools the way old shops built furniture — slowly, in Ann Arbor, MI, and with a sharp-but-gentle respect for the craft. We'd rather coach a documentation-first learner than babysit a brilliant jerk, every single time.

For your 7 of Work Ethic, expect $95,000 - $141,000, a mentor, a benefits package, and the room to grow on a flexible schedule.
