The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Strategic Partners LLC is hiring a Instructional Designer in Cleveland, OH.

• Role description

Your sketchbook says more than your resume ever could, and at Strategic Partners LLC that's precisely the kind of Instructional Designer we're hunting for. We pair a $38,000 - $53,000 salary with real responsibility, so the Instructional Designer you become here grows faster than the title suggests.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full creative process from initial brief to final handoff
  • Frame the design rationale so junior approvers feel smart agreeing with you
  • Stage A/B variants that isolate one creative variable cleanly
  • Balance creative ambition with budget, timeline, and technical constraints
  • Trace a thread from Strategic Partners LLC values to the smallest UI detail
  • Deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready files to engineering and print teams

  What You'll Bring

  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a tight-knit team
  • 1+ years owning outcomes, not just completing tasks
  • Comfortable presenting ideas to stakeholders at every level
  • Solid Relationship Building grounding, plus Atomic Design you can pick up on the fly

Strategic Partners LLC is a relentlessly-kind, fiercely independent Cleveland company that would rather earn trust slowly than buy attention quickly. We build psychological safety the boring way: by actually following through on what we say.

We offer $38,000 - $53,000, performance bonuses, comprehensive insurance, and the freedom to shape how and where you work.

Re-confirmed open this morning, the junior seat at Strategic Partners LLC stays available.
