The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Media Innovation Corp is hiring a Illustrator in Henderson, NV.

• Role description

There's a contract opening at Media Innovation Corp for an Illustrator, and the work starts where Emotional Intelligence meets a genuinely hard problem. Consider the trade: your 3 years of Relationship Building for $60,000 - $94,000, a contract schedule, and ownership most shops never offer.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Keep Media Innovation Corp's Henderson, NV site running while improvements ship underneath
  • Make peace with wildly-collaborative ambiguity and ship anyway
  • Guard the Media Innovation Corp customer experience through every Stakeholder Management change
  • Read between the lines of what Henderson customers actually need
  • Steer Media Innovation Corp's Organization roadmap with both nerve and humility
  • Document the why, not just the what, behind every Facilitation decision
  • Close the loop on every Henderson request you touch
  • Partner sideways with teams who rarely sit in the same room

  What You'll Bring

  • Deeply technical problem-solving that doesn't wait for permission
  • Comfort defending a recommendation in front of skeptics
  • The kind of empathy that makes hard feedback land softly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The deeply collaborative culture at Media Innovation Corp is what keeps our Henderson, NV team building remarkable things together. We hire for character and people-first thinking, then trust the rest to follow.

For this Illustrator role we offer $60,000 - $94,000, a mentor who has walked the path, and benefits designed for life outside Media Innovation Corp.
