The opportunity timeline

• Overview

CloudFirst Corp is hiring a HR Director in Victorville, CA.

• Role description

The HR Director job in Victorville is simple to describe and hard to do: find the leak, size it, and tell us how to plug it. Set against the usual business listings, this part-time role at CloudFirst Corp stands out for one reason — it pays $152,000 - $216,000 and trusts you.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Time the Victorville launch against what CloudFirst Corp can realistically staff
  • Keep the part-time partnership honest with numbers both sides accept
  • Smooth the handoff between SAP SuccessFactors closing and Compensation Analysis onboarding
  • Make the renewal case before the part-time client starts shopping around
  • Decide which business experiments graduate and which quietly die
  • Stitch together Employee Engagement and Applicant Tracking Systems workflows that used to run on email

  What You'll Bring

  • Comfortable owning projects from concept through delivery
  • A portfolio or work samples that demonstrate your business expertise
  • A portfolio that speaks louder than any line on your resume
  • A knack for Time Management that colleagues quietly come to rely on
  • The kind of reliability that earns you the hard assignments
  • Ability to learn new business systems quickly and apply them effectively
  • Experience at the director level inside a part-time role

At CloudFirst Corp, the results-oriented Victorville crew believes business should feel boring and reliable, never thrilling and fragile. We default to documenting decisions so CA and remote teammates stay equally in the loop.

We frame the offer around growth: $152,000 - $216,000 today, mentorship now, benefits always, and the flexibility to live well in CA.
