• Role description

Let's skip the buzzwords: A24 wants a scrappy-but-steady Hotel Manager in Post Falls, ID who delivers, learns fast, and treats Guest Relations as a craft. We're hiring a Hotel Manager to join A24 on a temporary basis, with $94,000 - $138,000 on offer and genuine room to advance.

  • Keep Pastry Arts documentation current as the work outpaces it
  • Keep A24's Post Falls, ID site running while improvements ship underneath
  • Own the boring middle of a project, not just the kickoff
  • Tie general effort back to a number A24 cares about

  What You'll Bring

  • Real Wine Pairing chops, plus the Goal Setting curiosity to keep growing
  • 8 years that taught you which corners can be cut

  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a manager capacity
  • Judgment seasoned by at least 7 years of real consequences

A24 is the documentation-first ID company that built its name on general work nobody else wanted to do properly. We onboard you to the general mission first and the Customer Service tooling second, in that order.

The number is $94,000 - $138,000; the rest is mentorship, health coverage, paid growth time, and a temporary arrangement that respects your evenings.
