The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Social Change Institute is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager in Covington, KY.

• Role description

We measure success in Social Change Institute's Growth Marketing Manager chair by deals signed and demand created, not slides polished. Trade 6 years of Hootsuite for $97,000 - $136,000 and you also get sales marketing ownership and a Social Change Institute crew that wants you to win.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Read the room on every manager call and adjust the close
  • Walk new sales marketing clients through onboarding so they stick around
  • Sniff out the Conversion Rate Optimization gap that's leaking deals at handoff
  • Read the sales marketing market and reposition the offer when it shifts
  • Nurture the slow sales marketing leads until timing flips in our favor
  • Tune the ad creative until the sales marketing cost-per-lead drops
  • Decode why KY buyers say yes and double down on it
  • Drive upsell and renewal conversations with existing Social Change Institute accounts

  What You'll Bring

  • Strong multitasking ability without sacrificing quality
  • The communication discipline to over-share early and trim later
  • Hands-on experience with modern Hootsuite workflows and tooling
  • Familiarity with the Covington market and local sales marketing landscape
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for teamwork

As a fast-moving leader in sales marketing, Social Change Institute draws top talent to its Covington, KY headquarters. The pace is energetic but humane, and we treat protecting your time off as part of the work.

We start the conversation at $97,000 - $136,000 and end it with mentorship, benefits, and the flexibility to grow without relocating from KY.
