The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Zoom is hiring a Go Developer in Ogden, UT.

• Role description

We need someone who reads stack traces the way other people read headlines, and we're calling that someone a Go Developer. Net it out: part-time, $52,000 - $79,000, 1 years, ownership of the technology outcome, and a Zoom team that has your back.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Wire up Strategic Planning feature flags so Zoom can test on Ogden traffic risk-free
  • Replace the brittle Git hack with a Strategic Planning solution that survives Ogden scale
  • Mentor the junior cohort through their first real Nginx on-call at Zoom
  • Sketch Mentoring sequence diagrams that make the technology flow obvious to everyone
  • Lead the REST API migration that finally retires Zoom's hardworking legacy stack

  What You'll Bring

  • Comfort interpreting data and translating findings into clear recommendations
  • A Zoom mindset: scrappy today, scalable tomorrow
  • A knack for AWS that colleagues quietly come to rely on
  • Proven follow-through, measured in shipped things rather than good intentions

Zoom is where curious, forward-thinking people come to build the future of technology. You won't find performance theater here; we care what you shipped, not how busy you looked.

What we put on the table: $52,000 - $79,000, coaching for your REST API, benefits worth having, and freedom to grow at your own pace.

We stamped it current today; the part-time opening is genuinely accepting candidates.

We can't hire the resume you didn't send, so send it and let's start in Ogden.
