The opportunity timeline

• Overview

TechVantage is hiring a Go Developer in Fort Smith, AR.

• Role description

The right Go Developer sees a flaky test not as noise but as a clue, and TechVantage in Fort Smith, AR has clues worth chasing. The mid-level role rewards what you've built — 3 years of Relationship Building — with $56,000 - $86,000 and a voice in TechVantage strategy.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Identify bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements proactively
  • Keep Kotlin schemas backward-compatible so TechVantage never forces a breaking upgrade
  • Prototype rough Tailwind CSS ideas fast, then decide which earn a place in TechVantage's stack
  • Reproduce the tinker-friendly bug from the Fort Smith field report, then make it impossible again
  • Ensure code quality through automated linting, testing, and static analysis
  • Scale TechVantage's Webpack services from Fort Smith pilot to AR-wide rollout

  What You'll Bring

  • The kind of empathy that makes hard feedback land softly
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity when the brief arrives half-written
  • A communication style that translates jargon back into plain English
  • Practical Cross-Functional Collaboration skills sharpened in a remote setting

The story of TechVantage is really the story of Fort Smith, AR betting on a team-oriented idea about technology and being proven right. We build an environment where values-led ideas get tested quickly and credit is shared fairly.

The offer is plainspoken: $56,000 - $86,000, coaching that grows you, benefits that cover you, and a schedule that flexes with Fort Smith.
