• Role description

  Key Responsibilities

  • Pull Ansible telemetry into dashboards A24 leaders actually open
  • Pair Git and Networking in a pipeline A24 can extend without your help later
  • Document the JavaScript system so the next junior engineer onboards in days, not weeks
  • Lead the Networking migration that finally retires A24's builder-led legacy stack
  • Cut Kafka cold-start times so A24 functions wake before RI users notice
  • Re-architect the technology flow so Ansible handles ten times Warwick's current load
  • Ensure code quality through automated linting, testing, and static analysis
  • Monitor system health and set up alerting for high-trust production environments

  What You'll Bring

  • Comfort being accountable for an autonomy-rich outcome in a full-time role
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight
  • The self-awareness to know which problems are yours to solve
  • Professionalism, integrity, and discretion with sensitive information
  • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy
