The opportunity timeline

• Overview

GrowthTech Inc is hiring a Full Stack Developer in Cary, NC.

• Role description

Half craft, half stubbornness, our Full Stack Developer role asks you to make Coaching systems behave under pressure they were never promised. GrowthTech Inc frames it as a partnership — $92,000 - $132,000 for your 3 years, ownership of technology work, and growth shared both ways.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Turn vague technology tickets into crisp, testable Next.js acceptance criteria
  • Build Redis self-service tools so Cary teams stop filing tickets for everything
  • Own the full lifecycle of technology systems from prototype to production
  • Carry the Laravel platform work that makes GrowthTech Inc's next NC expansion boring
  • Monitor system health and set up alerting for forward-thinking production environments

  What You'll Bring

  • A GrowthTech Inc mindset: scrappy today, scalable tomorrow
  • Proven Vue.js judgment when the textbook answer doesn't fit
  • Customer-focused outlook with strong interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail across every deliverable
  • The humility to revise strong opinions when the data argues back

GrowthTech Inc is Cary, NC's answer to a technology industry grown lazy, run by an ambitious team that still cares about Coaching. Autonomy here comes with a partner: ask for help the moment you're stuck on Jenkins.
