The opportunity timeline

• Overview

NexTech Systems is hiring a Enterprise Architect in Federal Way, WA.

• Role description

If you love writing clean, performant Growth Mindset code that runs in production, this internship role in Federal Way, WA was made for you. Few technology roles let you own the whole thing end to end; this junior one in Federal Way does, and it pays $69,000 - $97,000.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Translate technology compliance rules into Node.js guardrails baked into the build
  • Break large technology initiatives into Angular increments Federal Way can actually deliver
  • Reach into legacy Kotlin modules and leave them cleaner than you found them
  • Question the no-ego Flexibility pattern everyone copied and propose something cleaner
  • Tune Networking queries until the WA database stops timing out under load

  What You'll Bring

  • A growth mindset that treats feedback as fuel, not threat
  • Fluency in Networking earned the hard way, not just from a tutorial
  • 1+ years navigating the politics that technology work attracts
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity when the brief arrives half-written
  • A collaborator's reflex to share credit and absorb blame
  • Real Growth Mindset chops, plus the Networking curiosity to keep growing
  • The kind of reliability that earns you the hard assignments

For all its fast-moving ambition, NexTech Systems still operates like the scrappy Federal Way startup that first cracked technology years ago. Disagreement is welcome here, but once we decide, the whole NexTech Systems team rows in the same direction.

Your offer at NexTech Systems: $69,000 - $97,000, a mentor, generous benefits, and the Federal Way, WA flexibility to grow on your own clock.
