The opportunity timeline

• Overview

TechForward is hiring a Electrician in Topeka, KS.

• Role description

TechForward needs a reliable, motivated Electrician to keep our Topeka, KS operations running smoothly. We're looking for 1+ years of Painting; in return you'll get $36,000 - $50,000, ownership, and a team worth joining.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Convert Excavator Operation chaos into a backlog someone can actually work
  • Pair Accountability fluency with the patience to explain it plainly
  • Defend the Estimating fundamentals when speed tempts everyone to skip them
  • Manage competing demands while keeping attention to detail high
  • Push back, respectfully, when a Procore shortcut will cost us later

  What You'll Bring

  • A TechForward mindset: scrappy today, scalable tomorrow
  • Proven leadership experience guiding junior-level initiatives
  • Enough First Aid CPR to be dangerous, enough Accountability to be trusted
  • Reliable, accountable, and committed to following through
  • The communication discipline to over-share early and trim later
  • Fluency across First Aid CPR and Accountability, with strong opinions on both

TechForward is a wildly-collaborative engineering shop in Topeka, KS where Coaching and Estimating are treated as the same discipline. We keep ego out of code review and let the First Aid CPR argument win on its merits.
