The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Entertainment Solutions Group is hiring a DevOps Engineer in Indianapolis, IN.

• Role description

5 years of wrestling with Consul taught you what good code feels like, and we want that instinct on our DevOps Engineer team. For someone 5 years deep in Amazon EKS, this Indianapolis job means $67,000 - $95,000, a remote cadence, and genuine influence.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Catch the flat-and-fast Prioritization regression in staging before it ever reaches Indianapolis customers
  • Build the remote-native Python feature that wins back the IN accounts Entertainment Solutions Group lost
  • Refactor the technology module Entertainment Solutions Group has been afraid to touch
  • Pull Python telemetry into dashboards Entertainment Solutions Group leaders actually open
  • Untangle the PostgreSQL dependency knots that have slowed Indianapolis releases for months

  What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated ability to teach what you know to someone greener
  • A collaborator's reflex to share credit and absorb blame
  • 3+ years building trust the slow, unglamorous way
  • An eye for the slow-to-anger detail that separates fine from finished
  • Hands-on familiarity with Incident Response, sharpened by Process Improvement side projects
  • Self-direction that survives a quiet Slack channel
