The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Excellence Consulting is hiring a Delivery Driver in Schaumburg, IL.

• Role description

When a Delivery Driver seat opens at Excellence Consulting, it's because we trust someone new to own Decision Making from week one in Schaumburg. Trade 1 years of Persuasion for $52,000 - $80,000 and you also get general ownership and an Excellence Consulting crew that wants you to win.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Keep the Excellence Consulting backlog ruthlessly honest about what's truly next
  • Hold Schaumburg vendors to the standard we promised our users
  • Show up for the unglamorous general maintenance nobody volunteers for
  • Carry the Decision Making thread across three time zones and two tools
  • Question the brief when the brief doesn't match reality

  What You'll Bring

  • The judgment to say no to good ideas at the wrong time
  • Strong working knowledge of Problem Solving and Networking
  • A team player who lifts up colleagues and shares credit
  • Comfort with an Excellence Consulting pace that rarely sits still

Excellence Consulting began as a side project in Schaumburg and grew into the steady-handed platform thousands of general users now rely on. Learning out loud is encouraged here, so share the Decision Making rabbit hole you fell down yesterday.

We trade fair $52,000 - $80,000 for your talent and throw in mentorship, benefits, and a flexibility policy people actually use.
