The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Energy Solutions Corp is hiring a Contract Manager in Norman, OK.

• Role description

We need a Contract Manager who can hit the ground running and help us deliver on ambitious goals this year. You won't find a tighter fit if you've got 6 years, want $81,000 - $117,000, and crave a general team that lets you lead.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Own the follow-through after the general meeting ends
  • Field curveballs from Norman clients without losing the thread
  • Push back, respectfully, when a Growth Mindset shortcut will cost us later
  • Keep Energy Solutions Corp leadership honest with numbers they can act on
  • Manage competing demands while keeping attention to detail high
  • Refuse to let Persuasion debt quietly accumulate on your watch

  What You'll Bring

  • Ability to learn new general systems quickly and apply them effectively
  • Demonstrated comfort presenting to manager leadership
  • Hands-on command of Strategic Planning, with Written Communication as a close second
  • Strong working knowledge of Persuasion and Resilience
  • Pattern recognition earned across many general engagements

The thoughtfully-bold minds at Energy Solutions Corp have made Norman, OK an unlikely hub for serious Delegation and Persuasion work. Collaboration over heroics is our default, and we'd rather win as a group than burn anyone out.

Your package includes $81,000 - $117,000, premium healthcare, and a generous home-office allowance for our distributed team.

The team in Norman is interviewing on a rolling basis, so early applicants get noticed first.
