The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Energy Systems Corp is hiring a Content Marketing Manager in Las Cruces, NM.

• Role description

A Content Marketing Manager who only follows the script will be bored at Energy Systems Corp; we want the one who rewrites it for NM. If 8 years of Display Advertising sits behind you, Energy Systems Corp offers $78,000 - $116,000, a remote setup, and a ladder worth climbing.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Design landing pages and conversion funnels that turn traffic into customers
  • Collaborate with product teams to position new offerings in the Las Cruces region
  • Find the endlessly-iterating hook that makes Las Cruces, NM prospects lean in
  • Create sales collateral, decks, and proposals that move prospects forward
  • Negotiate renewals before the sales marketing contract goes quiet

  What You'll Bring

  • Hands-on familiarity with Klaviyo, sharpened by Coaching side projects
  • Comfort with remote arrangements and the rhythms of a proudly-imperfect workplace
  • Equal parts Project Management depth and YouTube Advertising curiosity
  • A learner's pace that keeps up with shifting requirements
  • Comfortable owning projects from concept through delivery

Energy Systems Corp is the joyfully-rigorous NM company that built its name on sales marketing work nobody else wanted to do properly. We'd rather coach a quietly-relentless learner than babysit a brilliant jerk, every single time.

Earn $78,000 - $116,000, sharpen your Coaching beside a mentor, enjoy the benefits, and never apologize for needing a flexible Tuesday.
